Welcome

Welcome to Disley and District Flower Club. Our meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday every month except August, at High Lane Village Hall, Windlehurst Road, High Lane, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 8AB. However, our December meeting is usually held at the Cruising Club. Our doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Each month we invite a National or Area floral designer to come along and demonstrate for us, whilst we sit and enjoy their work in a friendly and sociable atmosphere.

Refreshments are provided after the demonstration when we also hold a raffle for the arrangements. The meeting closes at approximately 9.30-10.00pm.

For people who wish to learn more about floral art we run workshops. We also have several outings throughout the year to houses, gardens, shows and various places of interest.

New members and visitors are always welcome.

Fees - Members £60 per annum plus £2 per meeting. Visitors £9 per meeting.

How To Find Us

The Village Hall is situated near THE traffic lights in High Lane.

High Lane is on the A6 between Hazel Grove and Disley.

If approaching The Village Hall from Hazel Grove, watch out for the Royal Oak Pub on your left. After 100 yards, at the traffic lights turn left into Windlehurst Road, then turn first right into the Village Hall car park. Follow the path at the far end of the car park to the main building.

If approaching from Disley watch out for the Conservative Club on your right. Almost immediately after, turn right at the traffic lights into Windlehurst Road then continue as above.
